Leela Played By Kabir Saheb

Kabir dev ji is the incredible God who performed many 'Leela' to attract his children like he did with pious soul Damodar das ji ,Jeeva and Datta. He erased past deeds of Sarvananda and took Meera Bai ji under his refuge.

1.. Incredible God kabir can make natural changes

Once there were two Brahmin brothers living in Shuklathirtha village, the elder's name was Jeeva and younger's name was Dutta. Both of them were very good souls and seekers of God. Through discourses, they came to know that without a true saint, salvation is not possible. When they heard discourse of any saint, they felt that it is the perfect saint. But both of them thought that saints should be tested to know who is the perfect one. With this thought, they put a dry branch of Vatavriksha in the courtyard of their house and said that if the tree turns green from the 'Charanamrita' of any saint then they will consider him as complete Guru. With this thought they started finding the complete guru. After washing the feet of invited saints, they put water in the branches of that dried branch, but after searching a lot both of them didn't get complete saint. Finally both of them accepted that there is no perfect saint on this earth and were very sad. Kabir Saheb appeared near their house and Datta saw that some saint is walking outside. Datta told to Jeeva that there is a saint outside.  Let me call him, but Jeeva refused. At the behest of the younger brother, he called Kabir Saheb and first he washed the feet of Kabir Saheb and put that water in the pit of the dry branch.  At the same moment buds turned out. After meeting the complete guru, the two brothers became very happy with took initiation from Kabir Saheb. They cried and said that where were you for so long, to this Kabir ji replied if you would not have tested all saints then you would not be able to have complete faith in me,

"Jeeva datta ne sukh khoont par li pareeksha bahri।

Saheb Kabir ke charan amrit se hari hui va daali" ।।

That's why I came so late to give you initiation. This proves that God knows how to bring his soul on the right path.

 

2..Story of Sarvananda 

There was a maharishi named Sarvananda. His mother Sharda Devi who was a disciple of Kabir Parmeshwar. Sarvanand ji defeated his contemporaries in debate on ecology and prayed to his mother and said keep my name Sarvajit, as I defeated all the scholars in debate. His Mother replied s that one more scholar is left, my Gurudev Kabir Sahib debate with them and if you won, then I will kept your name as Sarvajit. Hearing this, Sarvanand Ji said that Dhanak Julaha Kabir is illiterate, I will not take much time to defeat him. Maharishi Sarvananda kept all the scriptures on a bullock cart, and  went towards the hut of God Kabir. This mention in Garib Das ji's vani:

"Kabir ka ghar sunn shikhar me, jahaan salelee gail। 

 Paanv na tike papeel ke, pandit laadhe bail"।।

As he reached there he became very thirsty and asked for water from Kamali who is filling her pot from well, after drinking water he asked her about kabir dev and Sarvanand Ji said  Kamali to fill a small pot of water and give it to kabir and said that as this pot was filled with water,  in the same way I am full of knowledge, so tell me the answer that Kabir Ji gives. Kabir ji put a needle in the pot and the extra water came out and replied that, "my philosophy is so heavy that as the needle sets in the bottom of the pot similarly, my philosophy will be removed  your untrue knowledge and sets in your heart." God Kabir questioned

Who is the father of Brahma, who is the mother of Vishnu.

Who is Shankar's grandfather, tell Sarvananda ji.

Then Sarvananda said that he has no parents. You have no knowledge of the scriptures. The audience present in the lecture played applause and declared Sarvananda victorious due to speaking in Sanskrit. When Kabir Parmeshwar gave proof of this but did not consider Sarvanand . Kabir Parmeshwar said that when you are not accepting the truth of the scriptures written in front of you, then Sarvanand ji you won. Sarvanand said, write this to me that Sarvananda was victorious in Shastraartha and Kabir lost in Shastraartha, Sarvananda wrote this on a paper and got thumb to Kabir Parmeshwar Ji and went to his mother Sharada Devi as soon as possible  When he went home and showed what was written on the page, then the word was reversed, ie Kabir Saheb was victorious in scripture, Sarvanand was defeated. Thus, three times such an incident occurred from Sarvananda when seen outside the gate of the house, the letters look correctly but when read inside the house the letters change. When Sarvananda ji read the paper in it, Kabir Parmeshwar won the debate and Sarvananda was defeated. Then the mother of Sarvananda said, God Himself has come, Sarvananda realized the mistake and where Kabir's knowledge was true, but I could not accept it because of the magnanimity Sarvananda Ji apologized to Kabir Parmeshwar Ji and took his sermon.

3..Story of Mirabai 

Meera Bai has become very famous due to her devotion and faith in God. Meera Bai was previously an exclusive devotee of Krishna ji. Due to being born in the family of Rajputs, there was a ban on going out of the house, but Meera Bai was a devout soul of past lives, so she not cared for anyone.

Then she got married in the royal family with the King Rana, he was so wise. So, he did not stop Meerabai from going to the temple, but after some time King Rana died, after that his brother-in-law became the King in force of his country people and argue with Meera Bai don't go the temple and banned her worshiping but she was a beautiful soul of god . . She stood firm on the true path of worship even she was also tried to be killed. But she always remembered the divine so

Every time she survived. In this way, she went to the temple daily. But once Meera Bai met Kabir Ji and Ravidas Ji. Where Kabir Saheb and Ravidas ji were spreading the initiations, due to the good devotional rites of the past, Mirabai became interested in listening to those initiation. Kabir Saheb has his pastimes to take refuge in his noble soul. Parmeshwar Kabir narrated the knowledge of creation of universe in his poetic way. After this Meera Bai got the light of the full knowledge of the Supreme God who was wandering for the divine. Meerabai used to see Krishna ji in her dream.

Meerabai also questioned him whether there was any absolute God above you. He said that YES there is but he  not come in front of  anyone. Then Meera Bai said that I found saints who were saying that the mantra he have ends the death. Krishna Ji said that you take initiation from that saint and get your welfare done. My knowledge was limited about him. Then Meerabai went to Kabir Saheb Ji and prayed for initiation. Kabir Ji asked Saint Ravidas Ji to take Meera Bai's test to proof that she didn't love the royalty  and if she passed then give her the initiation. Sant Ravidas Ji said that I belong to the Chamar caste, But Meera Bai, replied that we are children of one god and take initiation from him, ignoring the society he belongs to. She became the lover of God and mostly  time was lost in the initiation of salvation.

"Garib,  Mira Bai pad mile, satguru peer kabir|

 Deh chataan lyau leen hai, paaya nahin shareer" ||

4..A Boon to Nal and Neel

Our God (KABIR DEV JI) love their children and a lot of struggled to show them the right path of Salvation and the way to return our home SATLOK (which is mention in our Bhagavad Gita chapter 18 verses 62). Let's go through one of the Fame two characters of Ramayan, Both Nal and Neel  whose help Ram Setu was build. We have heard that Nal and Neel got a boon from their Guru (who was Kabir Dev himself in the form of Munindra ji), that day can float stones,  utensils etc. on water, if they throw anything with the name of their Guru (Muninder ji the form of Kabir saheb). 

But you know what actually happened at the time of Ram Setu? First we will tell you that how Nal and Neel become the devotees of Munindra ji. Nal and Neel was to cousins was suffering from a serious disease which was not getting cured by any of the Saint or doctor. Once they were roaming in the market and they saw Munindra ji was coming, they wish them by touching their feet as Munindra ji blessed them by putting hands on thier head they felt that they are not suffering from any disease and felt very active and healthy. Then they take initiations from Munindra ji and live with him in his hermitage. They serviced there in the name of God by washing utensils and clothes on river, but a mistake they did was they kept utensils and clothes in river and sat aside under a tree and lost in the initiation of God, till then the utensils and clothes float away. The Other devotees complained about Nal  and Neel to Muninder ji. Nal and Neel cried to help in front of guru ji, then they get the boon to make things float on water .

There was a one more mistake did by them at the time of ram setu was they forget to remember thier guru ji in ego. So, the stone didn't float on the water, then the seagod said them to remember thier guru ji and found that Munindra ji was coming from far away. Manindra ji was very upset from the devotees and advised to Ramji to take stones from and selected area, they will float. With that advise the Ram Setu was build.

"Rahe nal neel yatan kar har tab satguru se kari pukar ।

Jaa sat rekha likhi apar, sindhu par shila tairane wale"।।

All this complete interpretation was proved in our history and in our Holy Scriptures.

5..Story of Damodar Seth

Damodar Seth was a big merchant, used to trade with seaports. Other traders also used to accompany with him. Seth ji had gone for trading , a devotee of Kabir dev came to his wife Dharmavati and said that we have organized  spiritual discourses by our guru Kabir dev ji. Dharmavati heard the knowledge of Kabir Saheb. On that day,  Kabir Saheb narrated the creation of nature, on hearing the initiation  the soul of Dharmavati was overwhelmed. But she suspected that the husband and wife should take initiation in pairs, Kabir Dev, after resolving all his doubts, gave him name initiation. When merchant came home after 1 month, Dharmavati told about her guru. And said you also walked along, but Damodar said- Today I will not be abled to walk, it is very sleepy.

But at the behest of Dharmavati, Seth went with her in a one of the discourse.

On that day,   Kabir Saheb also narrated the creation of nature partially.

After the end of the discourse, Dharmavati asked; Did you not sleep?

Damodar said; Hearing the knowledge, a large batch has arisen, get me preached.

He took a sermon from Kabir.

Damodar Seth was determined by knowledge. He started practicing the devotion given by Kabir Saheb, but Damodar Seth's comrades strongly opposed it and started calling Damodar by the name Kabir. Once a  when Damodar was returning from trading buisness by ship a severe storm came, everyone was remembering their God, the ship began to  drowning.

Damodar was sitting silent, everyone urged Damodar to tell your Guru to stop this destruction.

Damodar earns from the heart, O God! I have understood your knowledge, today if any high and low happened, my devotion would be in error, saying that Damodar fainted.

"Damodar Seth ke Hue The Aakaz , araz Kari dubta dekh jahaj ।

Laaj Meri rakhiyo Garib nivaz  Samudra se Paar Lagane wale"।।

At that moment in the moonlight night, that storm stopped as if nothing had happened.

Then all the companions of Damodar repented. God was doing satsang the same day and splashed his hands on his mouth and splashed water.

Due to which some devotees asked from Kabir dev, "Maharaj, how did you sweat in such a cold", God said, "My Bhagat Damodar's ship has sunk, I returned by saving him."

When Seth and companions came to the house, they first went to the place where Kabir dev ji spreading his discourses and take his initiation.
